What we collect
Your email address or phone number to sign you in; the expenses you record (amount, category, shop, note, date); your budgets; your language, currency and timezone; and basic device information (platform, app version, a push notification token) to make the app work.
Voice notes and receipt photos
When you log by voice or photo, the recording or image is sent to our servers and processed by an AI provider acting on our behalf to extract the expense. Recordings and images are deleted automatically after 30 days. Only the extracted expense is kept.
How we use it
To provide the service: showing your spending, answering your questions about it, enforcing daily limits, sending the notifications you allow, and handling payments. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
AI questions
When you ask a question, the assistant can only run a fixed set of calculations on your own expenses. It has no access to anyone else's data.
Payments
Payments are handled by Chargily Pay, the App Store or Google Play. We never see or store your card details. We keep a record of the payment itself.
Your choices
You can correct or delete any expense in the app, export your data with Premium, and delete your account at any time from the app or this website. Deleting your account erases your personal data and expenses; anonymised payment records are kept as required for accounting.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to authorised staff, and every administrative action is logged.
